ABOUT THE PROJECT

The mutual benefits derived from an effective internal communications campaign for an organisation and its employees served as the basis for our video concept.

For this purpose, we deployed a balanced mix of original, archival, and remotely filmed footage. Over four days, we captured the essence of employee meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team activities, providing viewers with a glimpse into the dynamic work environment of the company. The archival footage from past events and leisure activities granted access to the corporate culture and fostered a sense of connection among employees.

To facilitate remote shooting in Beirut, we designed a step-by-step support guide. Employees could capture footage from their unique perspectives, granting them creative freedom and an active role in the video production procedure. Our goal was to enable them to produce relatable, engaging content that would resonate with their colleagues.

To ensure a cohesive and recognisable visual identity throughout the video, we worked around our client's distinctive brand colour palette, typography, and logotype. To showcase EXUS’ brand values, we designed custom-made titles and infographics that appear strategically and are reinforced by the visuals.

The video we produced also aimed to serve as a valuable resource for new hires by providing a comprehensive overview of the company's values, mission, and work environment and facilitating the transition into their new roles.

With headquarters in London and an R&D centre in Athens, EXUS is a renowned global leader in Debt Collections and Recovery Software, serving a diverse range of creditors across over 40 countries worldwide.

Acknowledging the importance of effective employee communication, EXUS sought to update and redesign their internal communications video, which plays a vital role in internal meetings attended by more than 150 employees from around the globe.

The commissioned 'purpose video' aimed to showcase EXUS' unwavering brand values and foster an inclusive corporate culture. By highlighting a shared purpose, collective drive, and a sense of belonging, the video aimed to cultivate a happier, more engaged workforce, all united under a common mission.
