ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our task was to show the human reality behind these statistics. We produced a 5-minute Impact Video filmed over four days on location in Athens and Thessaloniki, combining direct interviews with b-roll to show how these positions changed lives and helped organizations grow. To bridge the gap between story and data, we designed custom motion graphics that break down the Deloitte statistics on screen in a clear, visually engaging format.
Deliverables included a Hero Film for YouTube, the official website, and fundraising events. We also developed three social media cutdowns tailored for Instagram, adapting the interview-driven content for a broader audience in a short-form format.
OUR APPROACH
The “Desmos for Youth” programme funds 12-month paid positions within civil society organisations, offering young people (up to the age of 30) meaningful professional experience — often their first — while simultaneously enhancing the sustainability and effectiveness of organisations that support vulnerable groups on a daily basis.
Beyond its social mission, the Deloitte Impact Report (2025) demonstrates the initiative’s powerful economic footprint. The study confirmed a strong multiplier effect: for every €1 spent on the programme’s operations, €11.7 was reinvested back into the Greek economy. This generated a total of €1.4 million in economic activity for the period 2016-2024.
